The rates for accommodation are to charter the boat per night and quoted in United States Dollars. Rates include airport transfers (Airport/Noah/Airport), full board accommodation with 3 meals and one complimentary bottle of mineral water for a maximum of 6 guests. Surf safaris also include a Surf Guide . The minimum surf safari charter period is 7 days

Conditions of payment

For any booking to be considered confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice will be required. Settlement of the full payment has to be made within thirty days of receipt of invoice or four (4) weeks prior to departure, whichever is the earlier. Your booking may be cancelled if the payment is not made. Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank draft or by cash.

Last minute bookings can be paid upon arrival by cash or Travelers Cheque before commencement of the cruise. All extras incurred during the cruise must be paid by the customer before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Below is our cancellation policy and rates of refund. If cancellation occurs:

• Before 4 weeks of commencement of the cruise - full refund
• Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks - 25 % of the total amount will be retained
• Between 2 weeks and 1 week - 40 % of the total amount will be retained
• Less than 1 week - no refund

The refund will be made via a bank transfer, depending on the original method of payment. Relevant transfer charges and processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

What's NOT included?

• Please note prices above do not include international airfares unless specified.
• Travel Insurance - it is essential to obtain medical and accident insurance coverage prior to departure. Proof of insurance will be required prior to commencing surfing.
• Alcoholic drinks
